As contract art director I took it end to end: research, brand strategy, identity, the app, website, pitch deck and marketing assets, with a team of three designers and a full developer handoff.
Role
Scooply.ai is a B2B2C AI platform: F&B businesses use it to train their staff, and the staff go through the training as a game in a mobile app.
I worked on it as contract art director from research to developer handoff: brand strategy, the identity, product design of the app, the website, the investor deck and marketing assets. I mentored and coordinated three designers, set up the workflow and design reviews, and kept the product, the brand and the marketing consistent with each other.

Website
The website speaks to restaurant owners. The hero line says it straight: “We help F&B Businesses Thrive Through Gamified Worker Training”.
Every page sits on an eight-column desktop grid (123 px columns, 20 px gutters, 75 px margins) and a four-column mobile grid. The system goes down to the details, including a 404 page: “Woops! It looks like there is no such page”.

Product
The pixel ring from the wordmark leads into the app’s game world. Missions, rankings, battles and pay-outs are drawn in the same pixel language, so the brand and the product read as one thing.

Pitch & launch
For the launch I designed the investor deck in the brand system and the key visuals for it, starting from the problem the product solves: digital training tools do not work for F&B staff.
The ad video started as a storyboard of twelve frames drawn by hand. The sketches were then redrawn in colour, with speech bubbles in several languages, and turned into the video. The brand also went on stage at events, alongside landing pages, promo videos and product communications.
